Edit qualifiers in the A2Z Leads app to gain and add more detail about specific leads.

To edit qualifiers in the A2Z Leads app, follow the steps below:

1. Open the A2Z Leads app on your device
2. Click Settings in the bottom navigation panel
   
   
3. Click on the Edit Qualifiers button
   
   

        4. Click New Qualifier
      

         5. Type the name of the qualifier in the Qualifier Name field

         6. Choose the Qualifier Type

              a. True or False: Toggle qualifier, toggle on if True

                   i. Use case example: if the Qualifier is "Demo" toggle on if a demo was given

              b. Rate 1-5: A rating scale

                   i. Use case example: if the Qualifier is "Hot Lead", rate on 1-5 for how hot a lead is

               c. Radio: Select one option from a list 

                    i. Use case example: if Qualifier is "Follow up?", have options of yes/no

                d. Checkbox: Select more than one option from a list 

                     i. Use case example: if the Qualifier is "Product Interest", select each product the lead is interested in 
                     

               e. Date: select a date

                    i. Use case example: if the Qualifier is "Wants a Meeting", choose the date the lead is available for a meeting

         7. Click Submit

         8. Click into a lead and in the Qualifiers section, click Edit next to the qualifier to add details
         

Additional Capabilities:

• Display Order - Adjust the display order of the qualifiers by clicking and dragging the hamburger icon
• Edit Qualifiers - Tap the name of the qualifier to open the edit menu
• Delete Qualifiers - Click the trash can icon to delete a qualifier
