Modify Fields Included on the Leads Export
Modify the fields that will appear on the Leads Export that is provided to exhibitors.
To modify the fields that appear on the leads export, follow the steps below:
- Choose the event from the company dashboard
- In the left-side navigation, click the down arrow next to the Lead Retrieval module to expand the menu options
- Click into Settings
- In the Leads Export Fields section
- Select a field from the Field dropdown
6. In the Label field, give the field a label if it should appear differently in the leads export
7. In the Set for Registration Type section, click the registration types to apply it to
a. Select Default to apply to all participants
8. Click Save to save the changes on the backend
9. Click Deploy Live will make the changes live
Click the 'x' next to the standard fields to remove them from appearing on the leads export.
