Add a Content Page

Idea
A content page(s) can provide important event information to participants before they begin their registration. 

Notes
Use cases examples: A content page can include details such as Know Before You Go information, venue specifics, speaker bios, terms and conditions, acknowledgments, and more. 

To add a content page to the registration form, follow the steps below:

  1. Choose the event from the company dashboard
  2. In the left-side navigation, click the down arrow next to the Registration module to expand the menu options
  3. Click Content Pages
  4. Click the Add New button
  5. Input the required fields:
    • Name: type the name of the page, not viewable to participants
    • Navbar Name: type the name you want appear on the navigation bar for participants to see
    • Show in Navbar: choose yes or no from the drop down
      • Yes = page will appear in the navigation bar
      • No = page will not appear in the navigation bar
    • Display Order: type the number the content page should display in 
      • Display left to right - number 1 being the furthest left

Notes

Adding content to the page: The content box uses the Froala WYSIWYG editor. In the content box you can add text, images, emojis, tables, links, etc. Use the navigations bar to customize. (i.e.: change text colors, bold, underline...)

If desired, use the "code view" to view/enter HTML code to design the page. Get to the "code view" by following these steps:

  1. In the top right corner of the Content navigation bar, click the 3 dots icon to open a new navigation bar. In the new navigation bar click the "<>" icon to see the code view.a. If there is existing content, you will see the HTML code. If there is not content, it will be a blank content box.
  2. Switch back into the standard view by clicking the "<>" icon again
  3. Click Save to only save your changes on the backend
  4. Click Deploy Live to deploy your changes to the live registration form
