How to use layers when building a Badge

IdeaThis guide will walk you through how to use layers when creating badges using the A2Z Badge Printing Badge Editor.

After logging into your event dashboard, click on Badge Printing module and a dropdown menu will appear.

 

From the dropdown, click on Upload & Edit Badges.

 

Choose a badge size by clicking Use this Size, then select the Create with A2Z Events Badge Editor option.

 


Click on Create with A2Z Badge Editor to start building your badge and adding layers.


 

To add a layer to the badge, click the Layer icon (stacked layers symbol), a Show/Hide Layer Content panel will appear on the right side, and currently active layer will be highlighted in green.


 

Layer Actions:

  • Add Layer: Click the layer icon at the bottom-right of the content box.
  • Hide Layer: Click the eye icon next to the layer you want to hide.
  • Show Layer: Click the eye icon next to a hidden layer to display it.
  • Delete Layer: Click the trash can icon next to the layer you want to remove.
