Clients can manage certificate settings, each of which includes a description explaining its function. These settings can be applied either to all participants or to specific registration types.
To change certificate settings, follow the steps below:
In the left-side navigation, click the arrow next to Assessments & Certifications to open the menu
Click Settings
Scroll to the desired setting and update
Default applies to all participants
Click Save to only save your changes on the backend
Click Deploy Live to deploy your changes live
To apply the setting to specific registration types, follow the steps below:
Turn the toggle off next to default
In the Add an overridefor a registration type dropdown, select the desired registration type to apply the setting to
Click Add to List
Click Remove Override to remove the registration type
Click Save to only save your changes on the backend
