Certificate: Create vs Transcript

Idea

Clients can provide participants with a Certificate and/or a Transcript.

The Certificate verifies that a participant haas attended a specific session or fulfilled specific requirements/credits.

Example: 

The Transcript document lists all the courses that were taken, the sessions attended, and the total credits earned by the participant.

Participants can download the Certificate and/or Transcript from their Survey portal.
