Make the Certificate Available

IdeaEnable the certificate and transcript download options to allow participants to save these documents directly to their devices. 

To turn on the download option, follow the steps below:

  1. In the left-side navigation, click the arrow next to Assessments & Certifications to open the menu
  2. Click Settings
  3. Scroll to the Has Certificate setting and toggle on to make the certificate available
  4. Select the registration type to apply this setting to or choose Default to apply to everyone
  5. Click Save to only save your changes on the backend
  6. Click Deploy Live to deploy your changes live
