Prepopulate Fields in Group Registration

In group registration forms, specific fields can be automatically prepopulated for additional registrants based on the parent registrant's responses (i.e.,the person completing the registration for the group.) This helps streamline the process and ensures consistency across group member entries.

To prepopulate fields in a group registration form, follow the steps below:

1. Choose the event from the company dashboard 
2. In the left-side navigation, click the down arrow next to the Registration module to expand the menu options
3. Click Settings
4. Click into the Group Registration tab and scroll to the Prepopulate Group Registration Feilds section
5. Check off the field(s) that will prepopulate information on the Group
6. Select the registration type to apply this toa. Select Default to apply to all 
7. Click Save to only save changes on the backend
8. Click Deploy Live to deploy your changes to the live registration form
