Registration Field and Payment Processor

Idea
Update the Payment field on the Payment page of a registration form to allow participants to pay for their registrations and event add-ons with a credit card upon completion of the form. The registration module allows clients to enter third-party payment processor credentials to securely collect payments directly.

To add a payment field to the Payment page on the registration form, follow the steps below:

  1. Choose the event from the company dashboard
  2. In the left-side navigation, click the down arrow next to the Registration module to expand the menu options
  3. Select Form
  4. Click into the Payment page tab
  5. In the Payment field, choose the Payment Processor from the dropdown menu. Options are Stripe, Stripe Checkout and Authorize.netNote: Strip Checkout allows for participants to "buy now, pay later"

  6. If Stripe or Authorize.net are chosen, a Payment Type field will populate - select Charge
  7. Click Save to only save your changes on the backend
  8. Click Deploy Live to deploy your changes to the live registration form

NotesFor the payment field to work on the registration form, it must be on a separate page with no other fields.

  2. In the left-side navigation, click the down arrow next to the Registration module to expand the menu options
