View Payments, Open Invoices and Abandoned Carts
Clients have access to all participant payments, open invoices, and abandoned carts while registration is active. - Choose the event from the company dashboard
- In the left-side navigation, click the down arrow next to Event Overview to expand the menu options
- Click Payments
- The payments tab provides data/information on:
- Table of all payments made - name, email, company, date/time of payment, transaction ID and payment method
- Filter by payment method using the check boxes above the table.

- Breakdown of Payments by Method via circle graph and snapshot of dollar amounts

- Line graph of Breakdown of Payments over Time

- The Open Invoices tab shows open invoices - i.e. if a participant paid with a check but the client has not updated the participant record
- Shows name, email, company, date/time, transaction ID and button to view PDF of invoice
- Search for a specific participant using the search bar
- The Abandoned Carts tab show individuals who did not complete registration a. Shows name, email, company, and registration fee
