Edit Pre-Existing Emails


Idea

The platform includes pre-existing emails that can be edited to include your event specific details and verbiage.

To edit a pre-existing email option, follow the steps below:

  1. In the left-side navigation, click the down arrow next to Event Overview to expand the menu options
  2. Click Emails
  3. Search for the email you want to edit using the search bar
  4. Click on the pencil icon under Actions column, in line with the email you want to edit
  5. Choose to edit any aspect of the email, including:
    • Subject Line
    • Content
    • Assign Registration Types
  6. Click Save to only save your changes on the backend
  7. Click Deploy Live to deploy your changes to the live registration form
